AET provides various laboratory testing and analysis services through
its own NVLAP accredited testing laboratory, Materials Testing, Inc.,
(MTI) which has been providing quality testing services for over 30
years. MTI is also approved by CTDOT and US Army Corps of
Engineers
AET provides laboratory testing services for various types of building
materials in addition to in-situ testing of structural components and
soils to evaluate quality of construction materials and to ensure
compliance with project specifications. Typical testing services include:
- Tests on Soil Samples
- Tests on Sand including septic systems
- Tests on Concrete samples, cores, cubes etc.
- Tests on Stone Aggregate such as LA Abrasion, Soundness
- Compressive Strength Tests on Rock Core samples.
- Soil testing for asphalt content, organic contaminants
- NDT testing for structural analysis
- Certification for Welding Inspectors
- Asphalt / Bitumen Testing
